Regarding location, Hotel Sivanta is strategically situated in the Sitabuldi area, a central location providing convenient access to all destinations within Nagpur, typically within a 10-minute timeframe. The area is known for its historical significance, which is well-recognized by corporates. 2. It is noted that your reservation was for three nights, though your stay was shortened, while your guests remained for two days. This review is prompted by the fact that we did not accommodate a local guest from Nagpur with a local ID, and you attempted to circumvent our established policy. 3. Concerning parking, the hotel provides 15 registered parking spaces. However, due to the aforementioned circumstances, your assessment appears to be negatively influenced. We are dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality, and we trust this was reflected during your stay. We maintain transparency in all room details and operational policies. We regret that your feedback seems intended to undermine our efforts rather than giving criticism.
