Property location is ok but entry to the property is on the 1st floor and you have to climb the stairs as there is no lift from Gr Flr. Also rooms do not have 3 pin socket near the bed and you need to put your phone for charging near the tv. TV only works on the internet and doesn't have a set top box facility. During my 2 days stay, there internet was down and thus wifi as well as TV didn't work. When enquired, the team said internet service provider is not responding. Also service is pretty poor. The room was not cleaned inspite of reminding the reception. The bathroom does not have a water jet which is quite inconvenient. Breakfast was not buffer but some fixed menu Overall not so pleasant

The stay was not that great. It was not a proper/standard hotel room. The bed was below average and not comfortable. The washroom was average . It did not have proper partition and it was also not kid friendly. Food we did not try.

Hotel is located around 2Kms from the Nagpur station. Food was tasty and we'll prepared. I was in a superior category room and all required amenities were available. Staff services are good.

Everything was nice

I found this hotel on MMT. The hotel was good. Rooms are Big and Spacious. The ambience is very good. Bed: The beds are a little less soft. Washroom: It doesn't have Jet spray, which I found a little uncomfortable. Also, you will get hot water in the morning only. If you want to take a bath with hot water at night, you need to ask them to turn on the central geyser. Food Service: I found their food service and quality very good. They have plenty of options available at breakfast ( Poha, Upama, Sandwiches, Aloo Paratha, Tea, Coffee, Bread n Butter) Their food service from restaurants is also very good in terms of quantity and quality. I ordered in room. I didn't find the ambience of their restaurant in the basement that good, but it was fine. Staffs behaviour: Staff are really very polite. They listen to you and respond to you in the proper manner. No ego, or attitude. They will provide you early check-in for free if it is available. Wifi: Wifi is not that strong enough. Its little difficult to do office works. Sometimes wifi doesn't work that smoothly so you might face trouble connecting. Download speed: 9-10MBps Upload Speed: 6-7MBps Power cut: Yes, power cut was happening but they have backup power in place so, power will be there. Overall, my stay was very good. I like the place. (only Washroom, Hot water, & Bed make me a little uncomfortable to a certain limit) but then also, it was a good experience. I would recommend you to stay in this hotel if you are looking for some decent and hygienic rooms and services.

Bad experience, no toiletries. Got the room late . No hot water . The staff denied us to give wine glasses even though they had it

Bad management and pathetic service

Very u high room tariff i got 5 star hotel in hyderabd(citadel) in same price location is in very busy area of nagpur and in evening traffic was intense and location was little difficult to find on maps. Very expensive food outside food not allowee g pay payment frowned upon will check if you stole or broke anything before you can leave hotel, which was embarrassing as it happened first time, even several 4/5 stars never ask for this. No fridge in room room was very clean, comfortable and spacious room deaigns were really classy but not matching look and feel of 4/5 star. Food was tasty nearby to hotel there is no economical restaurant or eating place staff of hotel can be more pleasing and supportive. Parking space is just besides the main road never coming back again here.

A great place to stay. It's a new property so everything is pretty much good. Clean hygienic rooms and attentive staff. But the hotel food is pretty expensive. (including the extra mineral water bottles provided, they have a daily limit of 2 free per room) The connectivity to the railway station and airport is good from this location.

We really enjoyed our stay at labels hotel in nagpur. Its a well maintained property with nice rooms. Breakfast was very good as well.

Rooms are very clean. Ambience is good. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Great experience great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Everything was good, but expected buffet with variety of menu for for breakfast.

Ambience was awesome service is good food was too good but just one need to improve w either they allow outside food or they have to lower their value of food.
