Receptionist can't receive call at midnight and the toilet was clogged

The quiet surroundings made it easy for our family to relax and spend quality time together during our trip.

Loved staying here alone. The hotel was tidy, staff was friendly, and it was perfect for a solo traveler.

Denied check inn. Customer care even didn't respond. This was the 2nd experience in a day. Lost trust In Make my trip. How can mmt like body entertain such Hotels

bedsheets were not clean service was very poor staff was not co operative .no tea no coffee available not allowed friends to come at my room

no hot water provided had to bath with cold water. very dirty bed ,bedsheets and room floor. no water supply after 8 am

No hot water in one room. No cleanliness and very dirty rooms. Dead cockroaches in bedsheets and room. Very rude staff. Promised to give hot water but did not give it at-least we have to bath with cold water. Very worst stay not value for money. Sure give me sometime i am outside the hotel currently

There was water logging in the washroom. They started cleaning the washroom but it was useless. Pathetic service, mmt should consider again on listing them on their platform.

The location was good, but the room was pathetic. I have booked for A/C room, but hotel staff switched off the A/C need to go to counter and tell them to switch on. in morning again ac gets switched off.

The description of room had AC, wifi, 100sft room, Queen bed. Reality - No AC, No WiFi, 50sft room, single bed + very arrogant reception staff who lied to OYO customer support when I complained about the room mentioned not being allocated. They were asking for additional money to provide the room mentioned in description.

This is one of the most pathetic hotel which I have stayed in. Apparently this is not said to be hotel it is worst than that. This place lacks is everything including basic requirement of giving water. They charge 45 rupees for a bottle of water. The room has cockroaches beds are worst. When u had complaint about water, pest and bedding issues.

Simple and clean room, good value for the price enjoyed every moment here. The ambiance was great.

Hotel is in good location, sitabudi market is there for all your needs. But I would rate this on at a average point because AC was not working the room they provide , when I asked him for the change he shows single room and the condition of the room was 🤮 and no other room was available so I sit back in my first room under the ceiling fan. Not suitable for family although it is connected with OYO and I don’t need to clarify the room condition
