Hotel Vrandavan

Food was good.Sweets options in menu need to increase for vegetarians.Rooms were good.But exhaust fan was not working in bathroom so hot water fogs develop.

The property was in cotton market area which is near to rail n bus station. Property is easily accessible by all means of transport. One of the good things that the hotel autority have made the arrangements of pickup n drop facilities. Which is very good for new visitors. They were timely contacting for arrival time n place.

I booked royal deluxe, I reached 6:30am at hotel for check in , they refused royal deluxe room is not available.

I booked the Hotel and requested Make My Trip for Early Check in and Regular Check Out.The Hotel Team is calling and got the next day payment for the stay as I requested them for 12 noon Check Out. The Hotel staff did not timely clean the room and calling again and again for various things.Now again after single day stay they are asking additional payment since 8 30 am in the morning. Due to ill health the breakfast was asked in the room but was additional charged. I think the loyalty program from MMT for Platinum Member is baseless and has no value. I am really disappointed.

The hotel is untidy and lot of disturbance from outside. Breakfast was horrible and even the restaurant (roof top) is dirty place. Very bad hotel

poor in customer etiquette,breakfast is not having taste at all,not provided GST Bill,Old infrastructure like typical lodge,no bare hand wash.will never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Room quality, cleanliness and hospitality was average

It was very disappointing to see that make my trip is having tie up with such poor quality of hotel. The room was having water seepage. Toilet taps were not cleaned from ages. The wash basin was leaking from below and water was trickling from front. The potty sprout was also dripping badly. The bathroom was not maintained hyginecally.

I stay in hotel last four -five years..hotel vrindawan is not only best hotel in Nagpur but I thought it's best in India..there àre many things which is equal to others.but best part of this hotel they give your 24hrs.checkout facility which no one give you ..if you check in2.30 pm.so your checkout next day 2.30 pm.

The hotel was good. It's situated close to city. But as promised ,there was no facility for dropping to railway station.

Hotel staff was good and cooperative but the facilities need urgent attention by the management in spite of winter, we were facing problem of hot water supply breakfast cutlery was short no mineral water provided in the room which is standard norm in hotel with this tarrif cleanliness standard needs improvement i will not go again to this hotel as we found better choice in same area

Manager is very rude and hyper on customers, not co-operative, behaviour of manager and receptionist seems like they are giving free room stay. Hotel denied for providing gst invoice despite several requests. Total waste of money.

Property location is good, food and services found satisfactory, housekeeping is good, toilet cleanliness to be improved.

Very good service good rooms very nice staffs. Decent place to stay

The 2 days hotel stay is very nice and good. Hotel location is on road so, it's easy to find. The pick up and drop service is appreciated. service is nice and staff is co-operative and always there for you at one call when you are in trouble. They don't have good staff one of the manager i wanted to meet him but he never meet me in between 6 days i was stay their. And they have their own rule if people have booking in advance then also they ask for checkout and checking. And one of the receptionist. He fight with and he refused to give the complimentary water bttole and towels. So don't book in this hotel. I was stay their 6 days.

Hotel provided pick up facility but while chèck in, i informed for drop facility next day morning at 6 am at airport.. In all, i didn't received drop even though driver and reception staff was aware of it. Also, i come to know that the hotel is providing only one way facility. Plz be alert, book your own transport.
