Our housekeeping team immediately attended to it and confirmed with you if everything was in order. • Complimentary breakfast was provided as per policy. Our staff did not deny breakfast; however, the additional items you requested were not part of the complimentary plan. • The pictures you have uploaded of storerooms & housekeeping areas are not guest-use areas and do not reflect the actual guest facilities. Additionally, the room photos shared appear to have been taken after use, which does not represent the condition in which it was handed over.
