The building is very old & the staff is good The location is good The washrooms are very bad & the metro sounds full night I dont sleeped silently So dont go there

The room was smelly, the hallways were cramped. There were used tissues lying all around on rooftop bar. Less option in breakfast

Room was stinky and smelly, place had a very seedy, shady feel to it. Would not recommend it to anybody

The rooms arw ok but Hygeine is an issue. I found cockroaches in my room. The only plus point is that it is close to airport.

Good location, barely a five-seven minute drive from the airport. Right on the main road, close yo shopping and eating outlets. The room we stayed in was a bit strange though. It was the only room on the floor with direct access to the fire escape, but that too after breaking glass doors. The rest would get stuck if that room was kept locked ftom inside.

Its a very old hotel and not maintained properly. Not worth for the money. Not met the expectation. Staff is good.

The rooms are unclean with AC water leakage, the breakfast offers limited choices, and the hotel is overpriced.

Check-in process was terrible, they didn't allow checkin me and my niece (who is as adult as per the age) stating it's not our policy. I had not found such issues anywhere else including big star hotels. I have to prove that her father and me are belongs one father food - quantity was very less as per the price.

Deluxe room no. 306 is very poorly maintained. Some toiletries are missing, some like soap are very old. Hand towels given was very old and worn out. Door lock issue. Window opens in duct. No ventilation. Horrible experience.

Loved the property, the location and the innovative design of the hotel. Well maintained, courteous staff, good food.

Cupboard had dust inside not been cleaned for months bathroom door had stains which looked dirty pillow cushion not clean

Amazing experience ! Me and my Mom stay here every year when we visit Nagpur. it's a very safe and clean place. The Staff is amazing. Food is also very tasty. We have family dinners here only .
