However, we would like to clarify a few important points: Your booking was made for 2 adults, but 3 guests stayed in the room. As per our clearly mentioned policy on all booking platforms and at the front desk, an extra person charge applies when occupancy exceeds the booked limit, as the third guest also uses room facilities. Your reservation was under the EP Plan (Room Only), so complimentary breakfast (CP Plan) was not included. Upgrading to CP is always possible by paying the applicable charges. Regarding check-out, our standard time is 12:00 PM, and we provide a 1-hour grace period for both early check-in and late check-out without any charges. Charges are applicable only after this grace period, not for just 10 minutes. Our policies are standard across the hospitality industry and are applied equally to all guests to ensure fairness and smooth operations.
