The laundry service isn't what they say it is. They have mentioned on the laundry leaflet that clothes given before 10 am will be given back on the same day. I didn't get it on the same day twice, despite giving it at 9 am. Outside food isn't allowed, which isn't the problem. The problem is the room service menu, of which some items are either not served to your room or are not available at all. And amongst the items I tried, all the chicken starters were raw on the inside. Some items are overpriced too. The regular housekeeping is done in the evening, which can be irritating at times, when you are travelling in the morning, only to find your room not cleaned up when you reach in the evening. The staff is helpful though. They have so much to improve on. And I personally hope they get there, because it is set up in a nice locality.
