Horrible exp at Hotel Mai
stay was horrible, terrible.. I can't explain. We booked super deluxe room and they gave deluxe room with zero amenities. even the room was not clean. waste of money. I need my refund from MMT.

Good Stay
Only thing that I did not liked about the room is the Washroom, washroom was not dry, So it’s kind of mess.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice and co operative. The location is on the road and near to nagpur railway station. Poor Stay
Here I have stayed in 19.08.2025 . Whatever I had seen during booking as like wallpaper,table,washroom . Not found properly snaps attached for the room 101. Need to correct it and properly modification for the room . - payment done and facility on zero . *Cancellation policy not applicable in this hotel . Pls add on it . Thnks ®ards// Sonu Tiwari

Poor Stay
Note really good. Pros: Spacious room. AC, geyser etc. work Cons: Unhygienic - we found 5 live cockroaches when returned to the room late at night. water was dripping from false ceiling in the washroom. the flush in the toilet malfunctioned couple of times - with water not stopping. overall, ok-ish hotel, but not how it's made out to look in the images

Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
Disgusting Experience – Stay Away! Our stay at Hotel Maitrayee was horrendous from the very first moment. The receptionist was shockingly rude and tried to dupe us into taking two Deluxe Rooms instead of our confirmed booking of 1 Deluxe and 1 Premium Deluxe. Only after repeatedly showing proof did they reluctantly correct it — no apology. The rooms were filthy, dusty, and reeked of smoke. No fruit basket as promised, and the mini snack bar was given only after showing the MMT app. The bathroom was grimy, fixtures kalk-covered, and the shower barely worked. Curtains had cigarette burn holes, and the linen was a nightmare — stained yellow, black, and even with blood spots. When we asked for fresh sheets, the staff replied, “Stains are on all linen but it’s washed.” Unbelievable. We called MMT customer service over 20 times — not one response. It’s disgraceful that MMT lists such a place. This was not just poor service — it was a complete failure. Avoid this hotel like the plague. One star is generous.

Property location, food amenities and services were all too good to resist from booking it everytime. Just AC needs to be changed as ac were on but they didn't cooled the room also there is space for improving hot water supply.

Average Stay
Only plus point of this hotel is location and ample parking space. Few rooms are bigger and somewhat maintained. Other rooms are below standards. Breakfast options are very limited and cleanliness is low.

Ok hotel for very short stay
The property was OK - but NOT as good as hyped up in the MMT review. Its certainly not a 3 star property by any chance. Despite informing the hotel in advance for twin beds - the front office had no clue. The bed sheets were smaller than the mattress & all crumpled etc The bathrooms could be cleaner - I think the staff is not much concern ed about this. MMT has offered some extra additions like stocked mini bar & fruit basket - The staff there had no clue. Had to show them the voucher - even then no mini bar was provided. Location: is good as its on a main road Food : No in house kitchen - we have to swiggy Amenities: What amenities? Services : Staff is courteous
