Totally disappointed with the property and the location. The property was with many rooms and parking space yet not maintained at all. The only positive point was that the room size was above normal. Property was quite interior and Google maps / Uber could not locate the property and lead you spot on main road. 1) Family Unfriendly property, absolutely 2) Property hygiene maintained by management while Housekeeping staff and their capabilities is big question 3) Amenities list were not provided. Basic Drinking water bottles, toiletries (soap, shampoo, towel holders, toilet lights etc.) were missing. Complained about cockroaches yet no action 4) Opted for Super deluxe suite with breakfast and paid according, yet the quality and facilities provided were not acceptable. Breakfast had no options other than Poha. 5)service was equally pathetic. Cannot reach support for booking over support number 6) Booking was non-refundable but could not allow me to change the dates as well. Had to pay double the charges for one night

Food quality Tea quality Coffee quality Room service quality Absolutely impeccable service, I have never seen such poor quality in any hotel till date.I stayed in the hotel for three days, but when I woke up in the morning, no one came to clean the room, no one to clean the mattress, no one to sweep the floor, no soap, no brush, the fan wasn't working.I told you what I experienced. In my opinion, it is a very bad hotel. The only thing is that the parking is good.

The air conditioner was not working properly, there was no proper ventilation system, rest everything was good

pathetic stay ac was not working very suffocative environment poor food quality no toiletry given no management rude behaviour whole night stayed without ac. will never recommend to anyone

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The environment was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Overall very poor Experience 1) Poor experience starts from finding Hotel location in Google map. Most of the visitors calling Hotel representative for finding location. 2) Very poor response from Reception 3) Very poor room service, after check we did not received necessary things like laundry items, Water bottle etc. Also no one from room service attended us during check in. After many phone calls we received breakfast & coffee only. No laundry items till check out. 3) No basis things available in Room. 4) While check out Receptionist asking for payment towards room service, NOT even checked that breakfast is included in our booking. 5) Everywhere bad smell like smoke from cigarette. If we do not keep bathroom fans running, it was difficult to stay there 6) Also hot water issues during morning hours, We called room service multiple times to attend the issue, they came after 30 to 40 Minutes. Ultimately we finished our Bath with cold water. Hotel management needs to improve there facilities a lot, otherwise they will face big issues further. With current situation I will not recommend anyone to visit this property

Hotel Feedback: This hotel is only suitable for leisure stays, not recommended for business travel. Staff service was poor and not responsive. Towels were not provided, even after requesting. There was miscommunication about breakfast: initially, we were told to come to the ground floor, but once we reached there, staff informed us it would be served in the room. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not up to expected standards.

it's good at decent price , food was good , hygiene is not that good everything else is fine with that price

rooms and bathrooms are dirty. infested with cockroaches. some blue and pink liquid in bathroom not sure which was handwash or shampoo or shower gel. only upside is dedicated parking.

Room is not clean , AC was not working, flush was not working. Our family is not happy with room and bathroom.

The bedsheet weren’t clean and the bed springs were out and the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on specially after 12hours of drive. The kettle wasn’t there as mentioned.

stay was good......Food is tasty.... Bed is not good. Mattress is not good.
