Online Guest are Spoilage for the Hotel, Very very ill treatment and you will be offered room lower the category what you have booked. At reception, people are rude and arrogant. Once your money is stuck no body will come to help its either MMT, forget about the hotel, He will only say cancel with MMT and book with Me. A Pathetic approach, though you are paying.

Overall Good Stay. Best part is the location also food is nice.

Room was not cleaned properly, there was small cocroaches inside the room Very small fan , air was blowing at the legs side only Food was not sufficient. It was told to choose any one item only Eg only 2idly +tea or Poori +tea or coffee or Dosa +tea or Poha +tea Hotel was not produced even complementary drinking water also.

The location of this hotel is very convenient very near to Railway station and City Bus stand. Restaurant is very good and provide tasty food; Jain food is served as well. The staff is very user friendly and cooperative. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

they are charge fare for super deluxe but room size ,bathroom cleaning not proper hot water not come and food is very very bad my request to please provide good service.

The property is Located at 5 mins from Nagpur railway station. Auto's are easily available. Staff is cordial, rooms are well maintained. Food is also very good at their restaurant.

Seepage was there on walls; Hot water facility was available for limited time only; Room was adjacent to staff room; booked a super deluxe room which they show as 400 sq feet in dimension but they provided room no 218 which was smaller

Location is good. Food is also available in ground floor. Food quality is also nice. Over all it is a good hotel

The arrangement of rooms is very good and clean and staff also supportive, I strongly recommend for family stay and car parking space also available. Food also tasty and reasonable cost.
