the hotel was very dirty, it was smells like a hell, staff was not good, their rooms is just like a store room, very disappointed, I had booked the hotel for 5 days but I did not like it at all, so I left it within 2-3 hours. Also they refused to refund my money. The caretaker refused to accept the MakeMyTrip booking on extension and told us it would require extra amount if we want to book.

It was okayish but staff was adamant about things. Breakfast included was below par and was a waste of money to be included

In white villa, they refused to check in, and at 02:00 am and it was very poor, it was very bad experience
