The hotel is very outdated with bathroom fixtures being broken and there was loud noise of works happening in the hotel till about 12:30 am which did not allow us to sleep.

Location is exceptionally good & as it is at the centre point,close to airport, national institutes ( NIT) , railway station & revered places Food & service were satisfactory But the room was somehow suffocating as no widows or ventilation were available

The location of the property is good but the service, ambience and food was not upto the mark. There was water leakage from AC which the technician couldn’t fix in 2 days. The food taste was not great. Biryani was made full of chillies . Mini refrigerator in the room was not working properly. I had flies coming in room. Oversll stay was not great.

Location was good but no parking space, had to park my car on road. Passage to the room had carpet which was old and damp. Bathroom had no headroom. I had to bathe by hand shower only.

Hello, I stayed in room no 118. No response from House Keeping deptt every time, even internal no 910 tried again and again . A C was not working properly and was making noise. No Room Service menu was kept in the room. Green tea sachets were not available in the room . The cupboard was a very inconvenient place. Shower hanger was broken hence can not hang anywhere.
