Hello, I stayed in room no 118. No response from House Keeping deptt every time, even internal no 910 tried again and again . A C was not working properly and was making noise. No Room Service menu was kept in the room. Green tea sachets were not available in the room . The cupboard was a very inconvenient place. Shower hanger was broken hence can not hang anywhere.

Pathetic !! avoid
Although the front office staff was polite and humble , Pathetic room size , breakfast was below par and breakfast staff was rude , not entertaining the request well

Good place at good price.
Great. Value for money. Rooms are well furnished with adequate amenities. Food quality is also good. Breakfast spread to be little worked out.

The stay was excellent. The check-in facilities were extraordinary.. food was delicious... Room ambience was peaceful with all the listed amenities.. The staff/members were too humble and kind.. The location is good.. MUST TO STAY

Terrible Stay
Not maintained, not service, this is a Dharamshala, not a hotel. Its room charges should be only 2000 to 2500. We were given torn sheets in the family room.

businessVery small room, no window, unpleasant smell specially in economic room. I have booked from mm t approx. 4300- which room not worth for inr 2000- locations okay, food quality good, but regular breakfast everyday. Amenities okay and services bad.

The room didn’t have a window so no natural light or air. Even not maintained properly. Bathroom has a shower cartain rod but no carton.

Terrible Stay
I had booked a family room and requested for a early check in after visiting the hotel. Staff said i need to pay extra charges to get an early check-in, which is accepted, i paid extra charges to check in early. To my surprise they allocated me an extremely basic room with zero air circulation and basic hygiene were missing after highlighting that i had not booked this room the staff said i will allocate you at the check in time. Staff is extremely rude and have no sense of communication. The property is extremely old.

familyVery old style rooms with no ventilation. Interior is very rusty, broken and old. A/c in the room has on-off trouble and water leakage in the room. Too much of noise during night time but unable to understand why. Overall very cheap experience as compared to the price
