Washroom not clean staff not good

bed ka gadda sahi nhi tha mujhe neend hi nhi aayi location bi sirf solo walo ke liye sahi hai baki family ke liye sahi nhi hai

The room was clean. nice bad stay with family . nice experience with stay. good wow 😳 and very cool cool room nice 😊

Property Location is very good as it at walking distance from Platform No. 8 of Nagpur Railway Station. Food quality and Services at the hotel is good. The Hotel needs to work better towards cleanliness and pest control as I found cockroach in the hotel room.

Hotel doesn't provide cleaning service regularly. They don't provide soaps as well as towel.

Very near to railway station. Staff's behaviour was very good, very supportive. Overall my experience was good.

Location wise excellent. Service is ok as it was dussehra and most of the staff were on holiday. Kitchen was closed, so food had to be ordered from outside. Rooms are just good enough for a one night stay. Needs maintenance and major upliftment. The usp is the location. Bang opposite nagpur railway station. It is not a hotel but a motel. Just good enough for transit.

Hotel gay receptionist are very rude, room also not clean, no hot water for bath. not given proper bill

Over all good, fooding is good but little costly. They charge gst tax over mrp of water bottle and fooding also. This is not fare.

Location is very near to nagpur railway station. Staff is cooperative. Food preparation is also good. Water heater is not fitted but solar hot water is available in day hour. Little suggestion is to fit mosquito net on bathroom ventilation slides and add one more mosquito net slide on window i. E. Three layer sliding window for air ventilation when ac is not in use or when ac is not working to avoid suffocation and better hygienic.

Hotel location is plus point. Food quality and test is very good. Hotel owner and staff friendly. Only lacking is t. V. , old rooms and bed quality.

Toilet water was countiniusly running inpiite of my complaint. Came to repair the same at 11. 40 pm when i was in deep sleep. No common sense. Asked for sugar free tea but served tea with sugar. Then changed after 30 minutes. Near railway station you can just walked in. That was the plus point.

Room service was good. Wash room & bathroom wasn't in good condition.

Decent room but staff is not helpful

The location is good just of to railway station and nagpur metor station above. Only issue i faced was that the room was not good without cable, without extention phone, bed condition was poor bathroom was very bad. Room no 211. I had paid 4000+ amount for this hotel. I would like to have 50% refund

very bad experience as the hotel was not clean washroom and others with bad smell as well as all the things are very bad no any cleanliness no hygiene no tv in room no intercom to connect service and reception all the things managyby very unprofessional manner

Rs hotel was clean, staff was very helpful. The taste of the food here was also good and the food was fresh. I will give 100/100 to this hotel in terms of hygiene. So i had a great experience staying here.
