I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was really nice, the staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also great, making it very convenient and peaceful. Overall, a very pleasant experience

Welcome was very cool.No support to carry the luggage to the room and from the room. Many facilities were on demand only.No substitute pillow was available.Food was limited to mostly south Indian variety. North Indian food was limited to 2/3 items. No bakery item were available except bread.Fruits were only two types. Although breakfast was complementary but nothing was provided as we left at 5 AM. ( all other hotels provide some fruits, dry fruits or bakery items.)

Average stay, there are room for improvement. Needs to improve food quality

Excellent Stay
I recent stayed at golden bliss for some work I though I was staying at an average hotel but to my surprise it was very clean,the rooms were very spacious, the staff also was very friendly . The in room dinner was was quick and the food was tasty and have a very decent ly wide spread for the breakfast buffet

Very bad services, I checked in at 12 in the night and booked the biggest room which had the highest compliment but when I was shown the room, it was the smallest room in which an extra mattress could hardly be placed.And the manager said that this is the only available one, you can cancel if you want, but it was difficult to go anywhere else with the family at night, so I stayed there out of helplessness, I carried my luggage myself because there was no waiter

Cleanliness and service
Not clean up to the mark, stains on bed, smelly washroom and clogged washbasins. Should keep bathroom slippers in room.

worst experience
I booked treebo premium golden bliss Nagpur for 3 people in 4 days advance but when I reach hotel at 01:00 a.m they allotted me two single bed instead of double bed. After having lot of discussion hotel said they allocated all double bed occupancy to other guests on first cum first basis and refused to give a double bed room.

Pathetic experience
1. I booked this hotel because they allowed early check in. 2. When i visited hotel, they said no room available for the early checkin. 3. Then the receptionist said one room os available and that needs to be upgrade. 4. She asked for the extra charges to be paid on her personal number. 5. As it was emergency so i paid 800 on her mobile but the room was not upgraded and it was the same standard room which i was booked. 6. But it was really a horrible experience i ever had with any hotel. 7. Will not recommend to anyone.

If you want to parcel your breakfast they won’t give for food in room service is very poor please check your bill of food they charge more
