Booked two Deluxe three bedroom and got mattress on a very dirty floor. Intercom was not functioning . AC was also not proper. Was told at reception that Uber doesn’t come for airport drop and used their hotel car for 500/- and later got the same ride in Uber for 85/-

There is no basic fecilities how makemytrip endorsed such worst stays and actual cost is 150- if walkin and makemytrip charges 6 times, it is not at all ethical business. This property should remove from your list. It appears we cant trust makemytrip hotel booking. Very sad to my booking. Moreover such a worst property booking non cancelation, terrible

Room was clean but there were some cockroachs roaming around in the room

We stayed for a night. Even though it was late. They served good food. Room was clean, neat and tidy. Staff behaviour was polite and curtious. Overall an underground excellent stay. I will definitely recommend it.

Location is good, very close to the airport. Room is spacious but the bed linens are pathetic. It seems they haven't been washed in months. Very dirty and worn out bed linens. I had early morning flight to catch. Requested to keep the bills ready but they made me wait for 40 minutes yet couldn't take out the correct bill. I had to pay waiting charge to uber for their fault. Finally they emailed the bill. Staffs are courteous but lack professionalism.

Overall it was good. Rooms were not smelly due to pest control! not good options in breakfast! good option for one day stay or travellers!

No dedicated parking space, you need to park your vehicle on road. Items on food menu is just for name, they have very limited food items

Toilet was badly stinking. Hot water was available in cold water mode of divertor and cold was in hot water mode. No bell boy. There was no water in room. Restaurant was veg and it was not briefed at the time of booking

Stay is good but if you including breakfast in your stay i would suggest not to take. Hotel doesn't not have proper arrangements and big lobby for customers who had opted for breakfast. Even breakfast doesn't have good menu options and quality is not good.

Room and bathroom size is good location of hotel is great but not clean. Linen was full of stains, pests issue, tv was not working it took time to start working, restaurant is absolutely dirty with small cockroaches running on the table. Food took so much time to arrive although i was only customer there. The hotel bell boy was energetic and helpful. He did his best

Room is spacious in comparison to similar budget hotel. Airport is close by at ~1 km. Food choices are quite limited. Overall for given price, the experience is good.
