Terrible Stay
businessPathetic service. They don't even ready my room even though i check at night by 1am. They don't give me room key and early morning the hotel staff are disturbed at 8am in the morning. Pathetic. Never book again

Wifi not working and service are very poor and some hygine is not follow just like sleeper are very durty.

Dear sir, Its a dynamics software program if any Hotel property is near to sold-out 99% and then they try to avoid booking in this case they raise tariff due no one guest has tried to booked but if no Hotel room your searching and some property shows their high tariff plan and if no any option you find then such kind of guest ready to pay high tariff and booked a booking online. Sir in Assembly season its will happen their is nothing new in Nagpur during winter assembly season. Thanks for sharing your feedback and Review.

Good Stay
Property was good, breakfast was very good but the toilet was not up to the mark. Flush tank was overflowing and no brushing and shaving kit.

Poor quality rooms and bed.
Room was smelly, and damp. Bed was old and mattress was loose. Not worth the price of 5000+ i paid for for this room. Thisnis worth 1200 rs only.

Excellent Stay
Hotel service is good. Food service is excellent, you can order food from room and they provide foods on time. Room service is good. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel is convenient place near st bus depo. It was happy stay in hotel.

Absolutely pathetic experience
I had non refundable booking of 2 nights 3 days, i had experience as per there charges that property amenities and quality is not matching, hotel mostly for suitable for even family, not that cleaned, lot of mentainace work in therein hotel room, seen bedbug inside room i have video of it. I could not cancel my room because if was non refundable basis. Rating online war close to 4 but as per my travel experience this hotel should not get more than 2 rating. Morning breakfast is that pathetic, i have not even had full breakfast due to smell and the way hospitality and service you feel like you are staying in dormatory. Stay quality and cleanness is very poor and bedsheet and room had dirty smell, room was smelling like bathroom cleaner, water was sticky borewell water for shower and entire hotel was smelling like beer bar centre. I have not seen any family staying in that hotel.

Ac in rooms is very good. Reception staff are professional. However, hotel is a bit old and needs improvements especially bathrooms which are quite old and uncomfortable. Needs to have ac in reception area.

Excellent stay!
The location is nearby to the railway station. Staff is friendly and food is amazing! i was able to extend my stay for a day without any difficulty.
