Welcomed with tikhi nok jhonk with reception about last visit as I requested them to cross check the room cleanliness as during last stay there were hairs on bed and blooded pillow cover. After check in process, welcomed in the lift filled with chairs, that too came after waiting for 10min. Checked in room, then got to know that there is no hand towel in washroom, tried to reach out to housekeeping but no response, however managed. In the room AC flaps were broken due to which AC air distribution wasn’t good and cooling wasn’t enough. Also AC was making too much noises. I had to just spend night so managed anyhow but this is my 4th stay here which is worse than previous all 3 stays. Their breakfast menu is same. It never changes only poha, uttappam, sambhar, vada that’s it.
