the service was very terrible. charged around 250 + 300 rs extra as ac charges and late checkout charges.

Poor housekeeping, finding damege property like door lock is not proper. We were facing worst experience with this hotel

I paid extra Rs 500 for the complementary breakfast and it was not up to the mark . They offered only plain poha which was not eatable . They did not even provide the Tea. The room was very congested and not the same as it was advertised.

I have booked super deluxe room and in spite of telling them at reception they gave smaller room. Rooms are not clean, bathroom has leakage and running taps. Lots of hairs present in the room. They need to work on cleaning and make ambience happy. Not worth the money. Mmt need to raise their standard on declaring rooms 3 star.

The experience was really bad. The room photos while booking were different and the room allotted was also different we booked a super deluxe room hut got such a stinky room with unclean walls and a broken bed. The hotel staff didn’t let us have the room even by 2pm which is 2hours after the check in time, we were already tired by the ling travel and this hotel just made our experience awful. I wouldnt suggest this to anyone
