The Seven Hotel

Hotel needs improvements no bell boy to take luggage at time of checking. Breakfast should be improved we need to again and again request to refill. Bathroom lights also not working properly. Overall average stay compare to the prices they are charging for one night

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Though the room was slightly compact, it was comfortable for a short visit. The staff provided prompt service, and the in-house café and restaurant were impressive with good quality and ambience.

Bad lift Frequent power cuts need to get up and switch on ac again and again whole night Veg non veg together Very bad and stale food quality Basic necessities items like bathroom kits not in room Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing and unpleasant and did not meet basic expectations for comfort or service, and would not recommend any one to stay here. • The lift was not working, and we had to use the stairs every time. • There were frequent power cuts, and we had to get up several times at night to switch the AC back on. • Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food were served together, which is basic common to not do it. • The food quality was very poor — it tasted stale and not fresh. • Basic necessities like bathroom kits were missing from the room. • The staff was not friendly or cooperative. Instead of helping with the issues we raised, they only gave excuses without offering any solution.

Excellent location. Well connected with Metro station, railway station and airport. Very courteous staff. Receiption staff was very polite. Rooms are neat and clean with proper hygiene. Room services was quick.

Property location is the very big advantage. The staff behaviour is very good and cordial. The Hotel is maintained very neat and tidy. The break fast quality and taste needs to be improved. welcome drink is not provided in this hotel and this has to be provided for the guests coming to the hotel. The hotel is located in the prime area and located near to Deekshaboomi and Nagpur Airport, this is the main advantage for the customers of this hotel.

The Hotel is in the prime location of Nagpur. Its ambience is good, delicious food served except that there are no multiple food options found to be available in starters , dessert and even in breakfast.

Room was very big, very comfortable, but mattress could be a bit longer, food was excellent though the spread was limited. Location is very peaceful and in main road.

The environment at the hotel was good, the staff also behaved very politely. Only concern is that paint is removed from the walls, that need to be fix. Then it will become value for money.

The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. They helped us with our luggage and dropped us off to train station and didn’t even accept the tip. The dinner and breakfast we had were also delicious.

I travels a lot but what I observed with this particular trip/hotel, ambience is good but it’s not worthy what I paid for. I have paid and the service which I got is really disappointing. Pillow covers is really looks like unhygienic and smell within the room is too bad. I saw some mosquitos as well.

The rooms were nicely clean and staff was very cooperative and friendly. The location is well approachable and food was very tasty.

This was my second stay with The Seven at Nagpur and the stay was completely satisfactory. The rooms were well kept and done each time we came back!

Stay was pleasant with good cleanliness in rooms and lobby, location was the best part of this hotel.It is near to metro stations and all major tourist attractions. They also have airport drop facility available. Services were also prompt. Food was delicious. Their breakfast spread is mouth watering.

Some room walls was damaged might be because of water damping, it's won't seem good, also curtains and bedsheet was not properly washed. Curtains had a lot of dust. It's good hotel as per area and all but the need to improve little more in cleaning to mach value for money. AlsoHotel don't allow blinkit or zepto delivery partners to deliver to the room in that case hotel management should take care about it to deliver it till the room from their reception. it was a very good stay. just one issue with tv. they didn't subscribe to tv channels.
