It is the worst experience room are very very dirty staff is very rude. Even they are not provided the basic things. Pillow covers are very dirty. If we ask anything they why you book hotel. I request to make improvements it very worst of money. This kind of rooms are available. Very very dirty washroom no cleaning is there.

Pros- Property location was okay. Con- They had no parking so we had to park our car near the road. After that they said pets not allowed. The only reason for our staying there was it was written pet friendly and after showing that you guys have mentioned it as pet friendly then they allowed our pet but said that don’t bring it out in the common area. Then they said that if your dog does any damage you will have to pay that is still acceptable but when we saw the room no further damage was possible. They didn’t provide toilet roll, no hot water for shower. And the tv remote was not working. The mattress was atleast 20 years old it was very weird sleeping on that the middle portion of the mattress was almost gone not so great to stay with family

Good Budget hotel near Nagpur railway station. Breakfast is good. But basic amenities like hot water, soap, towel are missing.
