Pro - Neat and clean Rooms, Clean Bathroom, Since I have reached late night and left early Morning not used any services other than Dinner which they got from outside, they do not have inhouse Kitchen/Restaurant. Staff interaction was for just few minutes and it was OK. In bathroom they Keep a small soap and Pk of shampoo, Gyser was in working condition. Con - Its around 6 KM's from the main road, they do not have secured parking, they have an empty Plot next to the hotel and cars to be parked there, not seen any security around, although a camera is foucus but... Overall - My stay was for few hours in night and which was comfortable. If you do not have much expectations Use the place for stay.

When i entered hotel at 10 am they said chekin is 12 pm and u will have to pay rs 400. I asked fab has not mentioned in t&c nor informed over customer care call when approached after booking. I talk to customer care but they just keep on saying u have to pay early checkin charge n then only u can take room although rooms available. This is not something happens in any hotel i have stayed so far. 2 nd day morning when i ordered breakfast they said we don’t have our restaurant n we will order but after 30 mins so i said okay but they call back after 30 mins and again said it will take 15- 20 mins. It totally spoiled my meeting time.
