no room service in 3days of stay I was asking for water bottols but no was that punctual about that but I must say night Security guard and night reception manager were the best because they were supportive morning manager was bit rude and no new towel were provided

Was staying in hotel due to accomodation problem in PG. Found stain on bed sheet and blanket. People sometime for no reason gathered around in front of the door. Someone tried to open it too. Twice. N when call the manager said some new guest must have done it. Why will they, the room number is clearly written on the key card. N y will someone try to unlock the same door twice in the interval to 2-3 min. Every other room get a call before water bottle delivery but here they will directly ring ur door bell after 11 PM that too when you have already ordered 2 water bottle at 9:30PM and got delivered. Was unable to sleep the hole night, just stared at the door.

The hotel staff was very rude. On ordering tea they refused saying we don't have the service.

hotels were Not so good, as per shown in images also no room service in one of the hotel. breakfast was ok

There is no food service morning breakfast is served bed sheet and other linen not up to the mark

Rooms are too small, hardly any space to move. No ventilation in the room. Complimentary breakfast had only veg and very limited options. No restaurant so everytime you need to order on swiggy/zomato. Over priced compared to facilities available.

Location of hotel - Good Service staff - Below average Hotel room - Small and very basic amenities. Breakfast - Just Ok...nothing great Overall it's okay for business trips.

great experience to stay near zenith hospital. The breakfast was really good as well as the room service and hospitality.

Good Hotel in the city center with required amenities for business travel. Good food quality and neat & Clean rooms

Rooms are too small even can't accommodate a extra chair in the room. only breakfast is available complementary No food service at hotel need to order from outsde. non smoking rooms. not good for business trip. very poor internet service

good stay location excellent breakfast also good. it was a 1 night stay with my family enroute mahakumbhmela.

The rooms are smaller than match box. Enter the door and jump on bed. Front desk staff is always confused. Clean rooms, good location and average breakfast.

Very pleasant stay and services were remarkably good by the staffs. Menu options for breakfast was very limited, but overall a very good experience. Recommended for business trips of 1 or 2 nights.

They've tried to setup a modern service apartment, but the place is downright filthy, theres zero housekeeping, hair every where, the sheets haven't been changed, the pillows cases haven't been changed, the shower has a mind of it's own, cockroaches in the bath room and in the room, breakfast is slop, the attitude of the person who manages the breakfast is horrible, will not stay here again, and wouldn't suggest it to anyone else. The photos of the place looks great, right up till you start staying there, the more you see the more filth you'll discover.

The room was spacious but lacked a fridge. They didn't have anything in reserve either. The shower speed was a bit slow for me. Took forever to take a bath. I asked for the room to be cleaned the 2nd day, but it wasn't done. Breakfast options were far less than what is expected from a normal 3* hotel, so i was disappointed with that. So, overall, i was not happy with the experience.

I'm very very disappointed with indus suits for their poor hospitality. The hotel staff were unprofessional. After travel-ling & staying in multiple hotels even in very isolated areas i have never seen such bad unprofessional behaviour in hotels. Adding to this the mmt team were inefficient to solve my query. This booking has put me to shame. I'm ashamed of my special guests had to face this situation. No more trust on mmt now. Issue with hotel. 1. Completely messed up the checking process. I was lucky to call in advance at the hotel for my special guest and sorted before they arrive. Booked days for hotel were 3-6 feb but hotel marked as 2-5 feb that's unbelievable and hotel receptionist don't want tk understand the situation and compelling me to check again & again even after showing them my booking details and dint show cooperation. 2. Checkin time was 12noon guests arrived at 4pm still the room were dirty. After 1 hour of staying in reception area staff marked as clean then guests saw burger & sauce in room. 3. When called receptionist to clean it again the receptionist said yes and even after 1 complete day there rooms where still dirty. 4. The hotel receptionist & staff has no clue. The cleaners complaining we are only 2 ppl how can we clean all rooms ( i mean what kind of service is this. Many more complaints to mark but i have no hope from mmt now. Not interested

It was very good experience to stay over here. Will suggest this hotel to my friends and family. The only issue was car parking as it is not available at here. Else every thing was good
