One of the worst Fabhotels there is. The room was dirty. Found bugs running around. The bathroom was unclean. Bottle water was provided on call and was chargeable. No hot water for the bath in the morning. I wanted to just check out and run away. Also, there was no Fabhotel branding at the hotel

Not good experience. no water in the room. no breakfast service at 8 am. I have paid for this hotel . This type of service we can take in Rs. 1800 or less.

Disappointing Stay

1.Delayed Check-In at 3 AM: Despite informing the hotel in advance about our late check-in, we were made to wait for 30 minutes upon arrival because the staff was sleeping. After traveling 600 km, this was completely unacceptable—especially since we had booked the hotel specifically to rest. 2.Incomplete Amenities: Our booking was for five people, yet only four towels were provided. When we asked for the fifth, we were given an unacceptable excuse—that laundry was unavailable. After paying 100% in advance, such poor service is simply not justified. 3.Unprofessional Staff & Poor Service: The staff was unhelpful, unresponsive, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Instead of addressing concerns, they either ignored us or gave vague excuses. Guest comfort was clearly not a priority. Final Verdict: The overall experience was terrible, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. It fails to provide even the most basic level of hospitality and service. The management needs serious improvement to meet even standard expectations.
