Rooms and associated amenities: perfect and gives homely feel with a common refrigerator and personal good quality smart tv with wifi having good speed. The fridge is always filled with at least 2-3 drinking water bottles out of care even without asking. Locality: extraordinary, its a posh residential locality with all major government offices and institutes. So, away from the hustle bustle of the city. The colony in which it is situated is very peaceful with extraordinary good people and walking lanes to walk after dinner. The center point school which is just beside the property is always bustling with activities which even provide more homely ambiance to the locality. We visited the hokmestay during ganesh chaturthi and the entire environment was filled with chantings. Food: there are no restaurants within 1 km as it's a controlled and quiet residential locality but most of the outlets including kfc deliver except dominoes. However, this is smartly overcome by permanent cooking staff which cooks awesome food and even on demand foods like nonveg, maggie, coffee etc whenever required and with courtesy. Staff behaviour: i am already a fan of marathi culture and the courtesy they show. This homestay is an example of the same where each and every staff whether its upper management, cooking staff, or house keeping staff, behave with care and courtesy and make you feel like home.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Palms, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and excellent facilities. The host was truly great, taking excellent care of all guests and ensuring everyone felt comfortable throughout their stay. The location is fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and noise, making it an ideal retreat. I arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, and the host kindly provided me with a separate room to relax in until my own room was ready, which I greatly appreciated. The attendants were always available and eager to assist with any needs, and the staff overall was very helpful and friendly. The food served was delicious, and I loved that the kitchen remained open for snacks and meals, offering great convenience. Overall, this Royal Palms Rental Apartments | Rooms & Caretaker provided a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay with attentive service!

The place was beautiful, very welcoming team of hosts and stewards. Seminary Hills holds a lot of memories for me personally, as I spent some beautiful times of my life there, and this place helped me relive the experience... food is great, good wifi and smart TV, perfect for travellers from other cities and also for weekend getaways... cheers!

It's very easy to find location of this property using Google map,this Royal Palms Rental Apartments | Rooms & Caretaker located in apartment, it's quite confusing to find its entrance gate because of small sign board. service here is best, because it's operated by owner family itself. Owner is good hearted person with helping nature

Stay was smooth and comfortable. Host, Mr. Ajay and his staff are all very nice and helpful. Food was good and can be customized as per your dietary needs. Basic amenities were all present and functional. Location is very peaceful especially if you prefer a bit of isolation. It has become my preferred place to stay in Nagpur. Thanks.

My stay was fantastic. It feels-like home. We were reaching late so i informed mr patil about it. When we reached there he was there to welcome us. Dinner was simple and delicious and was ready at 1145 p. M. 5 stars for everything.

Very nice and clean property. All staff are very cooperative and owner of the property is also very helpful. Nice experience. Food is also delicious.

General ambience,vrooms and service were excellent. It's a beautiful quiet location. The downside is that you may have difficulty finding local transportation, even though it is just couple of kms to the city.
