It’s not Hotel, don’t misguide to the customer. Do not enlist on MakeMyTrip as you r brand may get hamper. No ventilation, no sunlight in the rooms is it Hotel.

It's very easy to find location of this property using Google map,this hotel located in apartment, it's quite confusing to find its entrance gate because of small sign board. service here is best, because it's operated by owner family itself. Owner is good hearted person with helping nature

One of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had in any place in Nagpur is severely overpriced for the substandard quality it offers. The rooms were poorly maintained, the washrooms unhygienic, the common areas uninviting, and basic amenities were either dysfunctional or missing altogether. The staff (with the exception of the courteous evening team) were indifferent and unprofessional. What added insult to injury was being charged for a glass bottle of water that tasted stale and unfiltered. For the rates they demand, far better and more reliable options are easily available through Airbnb or other local accommodations. I would strongly advise against staying here under any circumstance.

The place was beautiful, very welcoming team of hosts and stewards. Seminary Hills holds a lot of memories for me personally, as I spent some beautiful times of my life there, and this place helped me relive the experience... food is great, good wifi and smart TV, perfect for travellers from other cities and also for weekend getaways... cheers!

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Palms, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and excellent facilities. The host was truly great, taking excellent care of all guests and ensuring everyone felt comfortable throughout their stay. The location is fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and noise, making it an ideal retreat. I arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, and the host kindly provided me with a separate room to relax in until my own room was ready, which I greatly appreciated. The attendants were always available and eager to assist with any needs, and the staff overall was very helpful and friendly. The food served was delicious, and I loved that the kitchen remained open for snacks and meals, offering great convenience. Overall, this hotel provided a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay with attentive service!

Property location is good, little away from the city buzz. In house food services can get better though. It’s old property but well constructed.

General ambience,vrooms and service were excellent. It's a beautiful quiet location. The downside is that you may have difficulty finding local transportation, even though it is just couple of kms to the city.

My stay at Royal Palm Nagpur was delightful! The host family was exceptionally humble, warm, and accommodating. The serene ambiance and spotless accommodations made it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

My stay was fantastic. It feels-like home. We were reaching late so i informed mr patil about it. When we reached there he was there to welcome us. Dinner was simple and delicious and was ready at 1145 p. M. 5 stars for everything.
