bathroom flush doesn't work. untidy rooms and cleaning not done properly. no breakfast provided as kitchen closed. then wifi never worked. no soap in bathroom and no water supply too

Our room was prepared perfectly. Everything was set up when we arrived. We appreciated that we could just relax right away without any issues.

We had the best vacation here. Room was fresh and tidy. Service was quick. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Terrible property. No hygiene, in extremely bad condition, no water, no kitchen, does not even provide towel and soap. Toilets are quite similar to a public toilet. Jet, flush not working and this is the story of all the toilets. There is no way can call it a 3 star property. Never had such terrible experience.

amenities and services are totally worst. . so even after booking and paying for my stay, . the stuffs are bad mannered and dont know how to behave. no kitchen, so complimentary breakfast is a myth. water is not there for 24 hrs to do basic minimum latrines and if you tell them, they just away and says the pump has been run for long time so i have to wait for an hour. totally bad stay

If I tell you the reality then it is not worth staying in this hotel because the service here is so bad, neither the AC of the rooms work nor the doors are locked nor the washrooms are clean, the rooms are dirty, it does not feel like a hotel, the hotel people make a fool of you, they upload pictures of good rooms online and then go there, what can I say, the rooms are so bad, it is not worth staying in this hotel. Please Avoid this hotel.

Hotel aims at fulfiling all basic needs and preferences of customers. A spacios and nice room. A must visit place.

Room had perfect lighting for working on reports and reading. Multiple light sources allowed me to adjust brightness.

Everything was perfect during our visit. Clean rooms, friendly service, and excellent customer care.

Staff here know the area and helped me as a solo explorer. Room was just right and I felt comfortable staying alone.

last stay in nagpur hotal o royal was customer service bad room also bad door lock not working morning food don't give me I was morning food don't give totally waste i was totally samed

Mosquito and cockroaches in room , bed sheet /pillow cover were not neat, no towel or water to drink and also there was no water even to bath

booking says breakfast available.. there was nothing n no facility.. I was given room in 3rd fllor and there is no lift how elderly person will climb stairs n come down... location is pathetic there is no restaurant near by n you need to order zomato if needed.. . water in the washroom was not available while I was taking a shower...

There is no any amenities and services available. Washroom are not in working condition. They are not even provided water bottle, towels and soap. If you will ask then they can give you the towels only

Very dirty stay and uncomfortable

Third class hotel without kitchen and room attended. Bekar hai. Such hotels will be banned by Govt. Swiggi is the option for food. I never recommended any body to leave here

There was a water issue in the morning, also there was no hot water supplied, there were so many cockroaches on our bed, one entered into my husband's ear, it was terrible. Bed was also not comfortable, some lights were not working and there was not a single elevator
