I had a wonderful experience at this 5-star hotel. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was truly luxurious. A special mention to Manager Aftab Khan, who ensured every detail was perfect and made the stay memorable with his professionalism and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, class, and top-notch service!

The hotel gives poor service. Wifi connection is not proper. No kitchen services. The staff is not that polite and if you order toiletry or towel you have to constantly follow up.

The stay was good. But while the AC was turned on the noise was coming, tv wasn’t working. There was a little problem of ventilation though! But interior was very good, staff was also good, also an hygienic stay! It was a good stay.

Though I had opted for breakfast, and paid additional price, the hotel does not serve food. Service is not existing. Very poorly managed rooms, unhygienic, filthy.

Polite staff and good clean rooms at affordable price location was easy to find and in the main market metro is also close by and lots of transport options is also available

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, I felt that the service could be improved. The staff were polite and courteous, which made up for some of the areas that needed attention.

The hotel was newly opened and staff was not supportive. There were no shower gels and we have to ask for basic things like Pillow for 3rd guest which was again not of good quality. They charged us extra for 3rd guest and was asking for money for complementary water bottles.

Made a great solo travel find here. Staff was respectful and room was secure and perfect for traveling alone.

My husband and I felt at home immediately. Team created comfortable atmosphere perfect for couples. highly recommended.

Had everything needed for my solo adventure. Good service and clean facilities made my visit really enjoyable.

Real couple connection magic happened during our stay. Intimate setting and service that brought us even closer together.
