poor stay, not hot water, smelling worst in rooms, need to change the hotel style & please maintain the rooms

Poor service, no towels, no soap and shower kit, dirty sofa, no remote for tv, no remote for AC, no water heater in bathroom, no regular water in room, no complementry tea coffee set in room, door lock not working from outside.

total wrost of service even i booked suit give us single bad room .than i have compain than give us suit ro .room not clean. in room not even hand wash bath tub

Hospitality was very poor. No help from the hotel people. Difficult to manage for the non speaking people. Full of mosquitos in the room. No room service and very lethargic room boys. They are only bothourd of money. For early check in and late check-out they charge very unreasonably. Terrible experience.

The people at the reception doesn't speak a single english word. It was difficult to interact with them. The room service guys never come for any help. They haven't come to clean the room even after two days of my stay in that dirty hotel. I suffered a lot with mosquitos inside the room. They just don't care about hospitality but very much careful in collecting huge money for early check in and late check out. If you don't speak Hindi, they don't care about you. So people coming from south please don't think of choosing this place.

A positive hotel experience typically involves comfortable and clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, But bathroom are not clean and taps are not proper working

Good location and nice staff though I don't have much connected. Also they would have provided a water bottle as a minimum expectation. The room has plenty of space and enough cleanliness. The background was a little noisy at night also.

For the price i paid, i expected far better. The overall quality did not match the cost. While the hotel has potential, my experience was marred by poor management and a lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made

Hotel is very good. Location wise it's very comfortable to reach hotel. Staff is polite. Cleanliness is super. Service is good. Only drawback is they didn't provide towel, soap and bucket for bath. If these things were provided then i will happily rate them 5/5.

As hotel room is good but wifi facility in everyroom is not available. And lunch or breakfast in restaurant is not available you have to order into room. Drinking mineral water mrp 20 and they take 30rs.
