Very bad hotel condition i never stay again in this hotel

Terrible, worst experience of my life. Room was so dirty and smelling water was not coming. The manager don't no how to talk to their customers.

You guys should genuinely remove this hotel from the lists of all the hotels, there are so many setbacks you could find over there. The first one is the location, it's the shittiest place of the city, worst hygiene, the hotel itself was a bloody disaster. It was embarrassing. The biggest sham was the pictures, those pictures provided were not at all authentic, the rooms were absolutely rotten, bathroom was dirty as hell, pictures had beautiful bed, good bed sheets and nice mattress along with air conditioning. In reality there was no AC, dirty bed, worst mattress that didn't even feel like it existed. No cleanliness at all. No telephone for room service,if there was anything like it. No hand wash, no soap, no towels, nothing.

Overall okay. But service was very slow.

I was there for an exam, hotel was on good location. The only issue was cleanliness.

Worst hotel I've ever beeb in my life. Real dirty. No water supply in washroom. No electicity. Room lock not working properly. I found used condoms under the bed. Room smells shitty. No staff support.

This hotel is such a dirty and the service is very poor. The staff members are too lazy the do not provide any thing. Room is totally different from given as make my trip pictures. AC is not working I told hotel manager but he didn't take any action and told me, AC is work after 2 hours but whole day AC did not working properly. The room service is also very poor the do not provide towel, soap and food is also very poor quality.

Hotel 9. 8 km from ahmedabad railway station. Room of two quality. They first provide cheap quality only if booked from here than if you question so they provide other rooms. Outskirts & very far. Cow-dung stinks around the area. Poor connectivity.

Room service and dealing was good ... Bedsheet seemed clean ... But when I slept I felt there was dust particles on the bedsheet(don't know from where that dust came in closed room) ... Washroom wasn't equipped with proper water supply ... Western style without jet, I know how I dealt with that ... No proper water facility ... Broken shower ...

Location in industrial area and it's like a guest house on 4th floor. Toilets filthy and dirty won't even dare to enter, lot of bugs and mosquito in room. Dirty bedsheet foul smell, I was with family and have to give them even id for my minor kid. Request makemytrip to remove this hotel from the list.

Nice location. Polite staff. Bathroom could have been better. I came to attend an exam. So when I requested them to give me late check out. They allowed me to do so. I continued to study for extra 2 hrs.

Very good experience ... With very nice hospitality .. Rooms are very spacious. Interior good and very clean rooms are there ... Parking facility available under cctv ... Room service is very good and well behaviour

Nice hotel in this tariff, helpful staff. Overall a good hotel for long stay with family on highway if you have your own? Vehicle. Water cooler with RO is available so you need not spend money on water bottles.
