the experience at stay here was good, staff behaviour is good, the most important thing is peaceful stay and a clean ambience

I booked the hotel through mmt, reached at 10:30 pm on checking day, there i was asked to pay additional money to get the room. As the hotel was located in less crowded lanes, not had other option then to pay and get shelter. I informed mmt support and continued. When i asked hotel owner, why you showing diffrent amt in mmt? he mentioned who will come if i mention this there. Painful experience. It was not like that i can not pay that extra amount? but with tgat higher payment i could get better options. As this was poorly maintained hotel, mostly under construction.

Behaviour of staff was very rude and they were asking for extra money next time i will not use make my trip for booking

Demanded extra money and when i refused denied check in. Make my trip executives tried to help but in the end after spoiling 2 hrs they said, they can only request and cannot take any action against hotel

My stay here was wonderful! the rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean, making it feel like a home away from home.

Pathetic experience! booked via mmt, the staff and manager at the property asked for extra cash because they dint like the rate at which room was given through mmt. Kept waiting for a resolution for almost 2 hours at the reception but the staff was rude enough to not help despite being a paid booking. Highly unprofessional, rude, non cooperative manager- mr tejbhan kushwaha, asked for money repeatedly. Highly recommend not to book this hotel no matter what!
