Cozy and beautiful
It was a neat and beautiful property. Rooms are comfortable. Nice lobby, pool area was quite big and refreshing. Staff was well mannered.

Terrible Stay
1. I would like to bring to your notice that i had booked a room in bhopal at woods in resort for 22-23 may for an official meeting. But the meeting got cancel-led due to some reason and i had to cancel the hotel booking for emergency issues. I reported the same through customer care service at-least 10 times. And it was 24 hrs prior so that hotelirrr can get adequate time to book it for another person. But staff told me that hotelier is not picking call btoutt he was taking my calls and he told me that your staff has not sent even a single mail or call to him. This way i was being disturbed for complete 1 day. And now your staff is misbehaving and lying that i didn't pick up the call. They are also telling me that at last moment it can't be cancel-led whereas i have reported it 24 hrs earlier. I have wasted so much energy and time. Please give me my refund after harassing so much. I assure you next time i will not book anything or trouble you but please give me my refund

Excellent Stay
5 - Excellent My stay at Woods Inn Resort (Airport Hotel), Bhopal was truly wonderful. The service was prompt, rooms were clean, and staff were courteous. Highly recommend for a comfortable airport stay.

Construction work is going on , Parking Facility is disappointing. Food was good . If it comes to services TV Was not recharged till our check out 😂 Cost Cutting Issue

Terrible Stay
Hotel is near the airport but surrounding area of the hotel and locality is not good. However the hotel has good interiors. We were in the deluxe room for 4 days room cleaning was done only once in 4 days. Our room was full of mosquitoes and insects and no remedy was provided by the hotel. The staff was ignorant of the complaints regarding mosquitoes and the staff took it's time to serve the food, tea etc. The bathroom was nice and air conditioning worked properly. The overall experience was mediocre, however the food tasted nice.

Stay away. Not for families
Dont. Never book this hotel, not for families. Ambience is very shabby. Stay away. Everything is very unclean from bedsheets to quilts to washroom.

Old property with highly overpriced rooms & food, not worthy 3 sta
Old rooms, very small suite room, full of mosquito, old furniture & sockets & locks, food overpriced & rooms also overpriced, staffs takes too much time to respond, not recommended

Poor Stay
Resort is small but location and built is good. Managment and staff is worst. No proper service by house keeping staff. They don't have sufficient staff also. You can not stay hear for enjoy peaceful nights. Young girls and boys shouting in garden after drinks whole night

Good property but not manged properly
