Review Of FabHotel Prime President

Excellent service.

Location of the hotel was not as justified as shown on app. Hotel is situated above liquor theka (bar). Locality was like slum area. Hotel is very far from main visiting areas of bhopal. Transportation is difficult. Staff is unprofessional. Entire hotel room and specially bathrooms were smelling like cigarette smoke and humidity. No ventilation at all and ACs were third class. Lighting was average and bedsheets were stained. Bathtub had impression of dirty shoe marks. When asked to clean there was no response from staff. Tiny cockroaches were all around the couch and sofas. TV was having free dish channels only no android features even when i upgraded to executive room from deluxe. Only difference of sofa between deluxe and executive. It was a very poor experience even after paying 2100rs for a night. MMT images of hotel and amenities are fake.

The bathroom flush was not working. Plus the bathroom was not properly lit. The AC was not cooling effectively and the rooms were very shabby and not cleaned well at all. Very poor experience.

Trusting Fab Hotels was a mistake. The pictures posted on MMT are misleading. Don't fall for it. The facade shown in the pics has a garden at the entry while the entry of the real hotel is made of concrete. The surroundings aren't clean either. There is some construction going on right next to the entry and no covering is used. It's dusty. The rooms are poorly maintained. There's dampness, torn wallpapers, cracked window glasses, unclean toilets, inappropriate curtains in the washroom, staff shabbily dressed. We thought of booking it as Fab Hotels is a known brand and they were offering a good deal. However, that was a mistake. We could have let go of the exteriors if the interiors were well maintained. Anyway, we checked into another hotel after wasting more than 1.5 hours trying to report it to MMT and cancel the booking. Our mistake, we gave the receptionist OTP before checking the rooms, amenities and the interiors of the hotel. Anyway, you can avoid this mistake. Don't book this hotel.

Hotel staff is friendly and the stay was good. Rooms need some maintenance. Has good parking space and food is also fine. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Bathroom condition should be improved..overall interiors can be refurbished.

Affordable rooms, The location is nearby Nadra bus stop, Staff behaviour is Very nice, Co-operative and polite. Deserve 5 Star but Tap water flow is very low, TV generating some noise which is irritating, breakfast options are very less, in breakfast they are providing only tea and after argument they will arrange coffee, it is really a very interesting thing which I faced. Rest everything is good.

Budget friendly. For the price room is decent. Only issue is entrance to the property due to ongoing road widening works. Good for a 1-2 night stay within budget.

a very good place to stay in bhopal . as i have experienced alot of comfort here with the rooms and the staff here . as compared to others this place i found much better environment. also the transportation facilities were very good from here.

pros: Room size was decent, and it was clean breakfast needs improvement, it was very basic Reception staff needs training , location is crowded , old Bhopal with lots of masjids around.

Very bad experience and very bad the breakfast and very pet services. Please don’t prefer to anyone for this hotel. I request you please delete it from your portal.

which room I stayed there was bedbugs and I can't sleep properly otherwise everything was good food quality is very good service are excellent 👍

For 2 days booking, I with wife reached early morning & requested to keep our luggage & will return after 3pm for my son admission. But Mgr charges full day amount which is not good. The room bathroom water tape nozzle broken n after request gave another room. Room is good, cleaning, breakfast is ok.

Staff behaviour is good , rooms are clean. overall good experience in this Hotel. i suggest booking only instant of inperson online booking price is really batter
