the hotel staff refused to give me the room. Staff misbehaving with me Then another staff (girl) came and she asked to to pay 400₹ more. Because i was too tired forcefully i have paid the 400 ₹. After that, when i saw my room it was not the same as shown in the picture. The room was too small, bathroom was so dirty and smelling too, they are nkt provinding me the AC remote, not giving me water and asking to to purchase but afterwards they give. Blanket which they have give was smelling, i feel like vomiting. I am sorry to say that, Very bad experience i had.

Good in cleaning, proper water facilities for bathing but water is no water available for drinking purpose.

I did a booking on my way to Bhopal for my Driver stay. We reached the Hotel a bit earlier than the check-in time. I was surprised when I saw the Hotel gates are closed. I made multiple calls to the Hotel reception, no one picked the call. We waited and called Cust care & than after there 30 mins the Hotel staff person Akash Sen opened the door. He very rudely shouted that they don't have any room left so go find another accommodation. This also said the money was paid and not to the Hotel directly so he neither confirm my booking nor give any room. Again i called the cust care and i was told to come at check-in time. After an hour when my driver reached at check-in time, the Hotel staff started the same story that they don't have any rooms available. Again i had to go to cust care to sort out the matter. After waiting for another 1 hr, they gave my Driver 1 room, but kept saying that the prices are up as compared to yesterday so my driver have to pay extra money. This beggar Akash Sen took 300 extra money to let my driver have the room.This was the worst experience i ever had, with any Hotel. I am not sure who is the Owner of this place but the staff is woeful. Forget about hospitality they dont even have humility.Never ever visit this Hotel.

Poor location. Gate was locked when i went in the morning. The guy start questioning while the gate was locked. No water, poor hygiene. No toileteries given after check in. Pathetic!
