A Big No to This Hotel – Book at Your Own Risk The hotel is underway a large-scale renovation, but this is not mentioned during online booking. The moment you step inside, it feels like a plywood shop—dust, smell, and constant thak-thak woodwork noise everywhere. Rooms are unhygienic, furniture is broken, and cleaning is nonexistent. Staff management is careless and unprofessional. The worst part happened on my checkout day. The hotel has only one master key for all room locks. In the morning, when I went to the reception to settle my bill, I was told them to open the room, then I found that the key had been misplaced—it was roaming among the staff. My luggage and laptop were locked inside the room. It took them nearly 2 hours to locate the key, and I had to postpone an important official meeting because of this. Overall, a pathetic and stressful experience. Book this hotel at your own risk.

very dirty property , the washroom is horrible, the bed is also not properly clean , not value for money.

Location is not much good however food and services were better. Amenities viz toilet is very small and difficult to take bath. No bucket was there, no bathroom slippers were available. Needs to improvement.

Hotel and rooms are good but there is is telephone facility and it will be better if you start putting electric kettle in room.

Terrible hotel

First of all hotel location is not updated, rooms are not clean even the cutlery they served is looking like not changed from when they start the hotel very dirty, food quality is poor

I booked one executive room for 2 days but when i check in late night i got to know that my room was not ready why when i have booked it then it is the duty of the hotel to make sure about the room. They gave me lower value room which is not fair. Second day i got my booked room

Adjoining railway track and lift not working

We are not even entering room. Just left. What i want to say please understand we are not stayed there, when saw the room we just left. Please don't recommend this place worst smelly so-rounding

Very bad service, room are very poor condition, no lock in bathroom, towel, bedsheet are not higenic, ac not working properly, food are not quality.

The hotel is in mid of the city, the food was fine but the hygiene was below par. Safety standards were ok.
