I stayed at this hotel for 3 adults, and overall the experience was fine, so I would rate it 4 stars. However, one issue I faced was during check-in. The standard check-in time was 12 noon, but I reached early around 7:30 a.m. When I requested an early check-in, the staff member at the counter refused to provide a room unless I paid ₹500 extra. This was disappointing, as I expected a more courteous and flexible response, especially since rooms might have been available. Apart from this incident, the stay was comfortable and the hotel was otherwise good.

location is descent, quite environment, smooth check in, I liked the room, room has quite space and also the washroom is ok ok, overall a good and smooth experience.

My stay was very poor although the hotel was decent but staff was very bad in morning shift , bathroom were dirty there was literally a used condom in our bathroom and dishes were kept outside our room for idk how many days and the receptionist ( morning shift one ) asked us to pay extra 600 because we were lil late and when we asked him where it is written to pay this much amount only for late check in he couldn’t reply but instead he was talking very rudely so unprofessional, I opened his hotel’s rule book and not even at a single place it was mentioned late check in charges so unprofessional I’m pretty it was not on hotel’s rule book and even if it was he should’ve informed us before hand . I’ve stayed at many hotel chains and I haven’t faced such any where

I stayed here for 2 days.The jet spray in the toilet was broken and hadn't been fixed despite repeated requests. Actual name of this hotel is Nirmal residency.

washroom tap didn't work, horrible experience , staff is not coperative, they didn't provide tap water for bath,

1st there wasn't soft drink available at hotel Neither Non Veg available Both were mentioned+ Outside food was not allowed + 6 times electricity went in 1 day and I had to leave hotel in between They said generetor was on entire time

The experience wasn't good because after ordering essentials they did not deliver it on time. Also the food I ordered wasn't good quality food.

Everything is good, but the only issue is that the hotel is near the railway line and the airport, so you can hear the noise of trains and planes while staying here. Other than that, everything is great.

i was not able to reach the property as the coorect location was not shared. when i called on the number of hotel staff through OYO service centre, no one picked up the call. I have paid the rent in advance but could not reach the hotel in the night. MMT should refund my amount for this booking but they denied because OYO and Property owner are not ready to accept their mistake. please do not rely on MMT if they have tie up with any property thru OYO.. MMT customer service agents are not able to justify your case to OYO and are helpless My exoerience for this booking theu MMT is pathetic

Very poor Service from the hotel Staff, they don’t even show the courtesy to show the room alloted to us. Just given the key and licstion of the Room. We reached there(me & My daughter) by 9 PM. The corridors have no lights & full dark. I booked the Room for 3 days with full advance payment. But due to this bad experience I stayed there 1 night only and vocated on the next day

It's good place to stay

Cound't find the hotel. I also tried to call them (3 times) but they didn't picked the call. I was rooming the area but no hotel was there with the Name Super Townhouse Lalghati. It was night time around 2 AM. I was searching for the hotel for around 1 hour but didn't find it. I was my worst experience. At last I have to book another hotel for my stay.

Very bad experience of my life i will not go again. Receptionist was very bad person asking for money every time, rude and mis behave. I vacated that hotel within 3 hours itself. He asked for extra money against policies which mention on site. He run his own policies such as not allowed outside food, not providing towel and smelling bed.

The name of the hotel is not accurate. Actual name of property at location is different than what is mentioned inmmt, makes it very difficult to find the hotel.

Peaceful stay with good room services and nice staff, the food was also good but service was a bit slow

Value for money hotel, service is awesome and food was also worth it. I would like to recommend this to my friends too.
