It was the worst hotel. Not clean at all. Furniture was broken. Nd what they say its under construction. The don’t give keys to their customers until you force them to. They don’t even have normal things.

its not worth the stay. can give a count of several issues in the place. dirty linen and washrooms, broken beds, beiken sockets, broken chairs, cobwebs, mosquitos, mice.

Amazing Room, professional staff easy access, in house kitchen that serves exotic food at reasonable price. Enjoy the buffet breakfast both Indian and English!

Wrost hotel i have ever seen. The room is in bad condition behaviour of staff is not good. And thay ask extra whlile i go to the hotal.

Bad service, my room booking was confirmed but when i reached in the hotel reception. They want 500 extra rupees. I was need urgent room so i have paid 500 extra and receptionist said so we can’t give you room charges. So my experience was bad. No service, no cleanliness and i want my extra paid amount.

As you are aware of that I have faced lots of issues with hotel booking. I had booked two rooms but they had allowed me only 1 room. As per hotelier " jitna tune pay kiya hai etne main main ek room de sakta hu nahi to bhag". As per yesterday's discussion, we have discussed about aprox 20 alternative properties but you have failed to get rooms in alternate property. They have a charge penalty of 500 Rs on outsider food. at the time of check-out " tereko yahi se food lena tha bahar se q magaya. khata ya mat khata par yahi se lena tha. ab penalty de 500 rs ki bahar se khana magane ki" In the end there was not any other option to choose the same property for stay. I had stayed with my wife and sisters but I felt unsafe in that property. I have not slept over there. 1. dirty bed sheets (spots) 2. unwashed pillow 3. urine Stinking and floating on washroom floor 4. no water and broken lavatory seat 5. no basic amenities in the room (TV, soaps, towel, blanket, Air conditioner) 6. They have a charge penalty of 500 Rs on outsider food. (if hotel food was unhygienic or tasteless but mandatory to order) 7. The food plate and glasses were not washed in the proper manner.

Horrible stay. First of all confirm is not fixed second when u replaced hotel kindly share the location details. It is difficult to find new place without location properties

Arrogant staff refused checking in at confirmed rate had to pay 700 extra for check in no wifi no tv no food

Cozy room with stained linen and smelling bathroom make tmy one night stay horrible.

No tv recharge, toilet not working, no shower working, adding breakfast for extra payout, they just gave 1-1 parathas, staff n manager just excused for every reason, cockroaches n rats will be seen running around, such a terrible stay !

Peoples behaviour is worst and not good

No tv serviceable, dirty bedding, wet and used towel, no washroom kit, low food quality. Everything is totally rubbish.

Very closely located near by iffco chowk bus stand.

They denied to provide us the breakfast but they charged for The same as breakfast is included in The room rate also they charged 200rs extra for early check-in but after 10 Am The early check-in is complimentary still they charged me 200 Rs for checking in at 10:00 Am. Worst experience ever

Room service is very bad. Please take serious action.
