I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Initially, they refused to honor my booking, so I had to complain to secure my stay. When I finally got to my room, I discovered it was not what I booked — it didn’t have an attached bathroom, and they gave me a staff room instead.I stayed there for the night, but in the morning, the caretaker asked for my mobile to leave a review for the hotel. When I refused, he told me they wouldn’t change my room. Frustrated, I left and went to another hotel.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a terrible experience, and the high ratings seem fake. I only booked this hotel because of the 5-star rating, but it was nothing like the reviews suggested.
