pros- Good location, good food choices. well maintained property exterior. courteous staff. cons - Room maintenance need a relook. basins in bathroom had crack, mini fridge was missing.

Rooms are too small and smell dirty, Ac was not working, receptionist behavior are too rude, TV was not working, bathroom are also not clean and the bar is also too expensive

ac ac ac the ac was not working staff checked but still didn't agree that the ac was not cooling we managed but agin at noon time it was unbearable so not a comfortable stay this time rest it was good

Sab thik hai but premium room ke paise deke waisa feel ni hota hai ki premium room hai.. smart LED hai nai... normal channel sab hote hai... aur room ka interior b kuch khash nai haii... kaafi normal sa hai ... Ish resort me ek hi cheez achha hai wo hai iska location aur kuch nahi... location achha hai Hills ke pass..

Peacefully spent the day with calm environment clean rooms and maintained ambiance along with good food taste.

This property is really nice to stay in. Over here specially the ambience is very nice surrounded by the hill and cold breeze. And food is also good not upto the mark but good but I am little bit upset when it comes to room space I have found that room tariff is little higher as per space given compare to other hotels is being provided. But overall it’s good and lots of place for car parking.

All good except room, the room was too small as compare to money they have take but the view is awesome

We had to checked- in late night so we had called the front desk around 11:30 pm and were told that if we do not reach by 12 midnight we will not be allowed check-inn so we rushed. 1st we were allotted room# 402 which was totally filled with foul smell of damp so we asked to change the room, next we were given 804 of which a/c was not working, we again complained and the were told that this is the only left option and all a/c fitted are like this and will take time to cool. We had no other option at that late hours than to adjust the rooms are tiny. Bed sheets torn and un-tidy. Electrical switches broken no fans in room. Food service very poor & slow. Over all a pathetic, annoying & waste of time & money.

The rooms are cozy and clean but not very fancy. Built in duplex style. Comfortable stay for family. Restaurant is good at great prices. Climbing stairs might be a challenge for old people for rooms as well as restaurant as the stairs are steep. Swimming pool & swings for the kids. Scenic view of the hills.

It was a nice stay experience. The hotel location is great, just 150 meters from the high road, hotel staff are good, food is tasty. Service is somewhat delayed sometimes.

Room was ok, not up to the mark. 2/3 option in breakfast. And foods are bakwas. So much expensive foods and taste was horrible. Overall not like atall. Waste of money.
