Nice Stay
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Pride. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained ā everything was neatly arranged and felt very welcoming. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby transport and restaurants. The food was delicious and freshly prepared ā especially the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. Overall, itās a perfect place for both business and leisure stays. Excellent service, great ambiance, and true value for money. Iād definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Pride to anyone visiting the area. šæāØ

Terrible Stay
Both day not provided break fast due to non availability of food and staff. My room may also not provide as per price taken. I suggest don't stay that hotel.

Terrible Stay
The Executive Rooms at The Pride in Jamshedpur do not have any window or ventilation system. It was an awful experience to discover this for the best rooms of the hotel. Secondly, as per site information refund is allowed for non-breakfast rooms and it is not refundable for with breakfast rooms. Despite availing non-breakfast executive rooms hotel refused to refund money when they were requested for the same as we wanted to shift to a Deluxe room which was less costly. Third, the rooms were not clean and had spider webs. Plus the rooms had unpleasant smell.

i wanted my money back but they didn't
I booked this hotel by mistake and I asked for refund but they didn't gave me any although it was written ( non refundable) but still when I am not using the hotel room they should have given my money back as they must have given the room to someone else with same price and had a double income!!

Stayed for a night. The room is very very small. We were 2 adults and one kid (14 years. Barely any space in the room. The extra bed was put on the floor ! the housekeeping staff initially refused to provide an extra pillow citing ā total rooms=total pillows. We donāt keep extrasā. The receptionist lady was nice in behavior though. Food available is pure veg, food is tasty.

Good place to stay, go for it!
I stayed here for 2 days with my wife. The location is good and has good connectivity with nearby places like sakchi, golmuri etc. The hotel is well built and maintained. The interiors are good. The room i stayed in was a little small to my liking but they do have bigger rooms too which were not available during my stay. The washroom was ckean and has good fittings. The restaurant is good and has a good variety of food, it's pure veg too. The breakfast however is not buffet and only served at 1 item let guest. The breakfast was good but there should be a buffet. The staff is curtoues and happy to help always. Overall it's a nice place to stay, go for it!
