Room Tv is not working properly AC condition is not soo gud bathroom shower is not soo good and lack of drinking water facility even I had to pay extra amount for mineral water

Online ad shows room include ac but in actual extra rs400 charged for the ac...

room service is a very bad cockroach in a room with no ventilation and a bad smell into the room of the pest control chemical

Our stay at Hotel Collection O Green Park was a pleasant one. We reached the place easily as it was just a 3-5 minutes ride by rickshaw from Tata Nagar Station. It is easily accessible and one can get shared or reserved rickshaw to Bistupur market, Sakchi and other tourist places right outside the hotel. The elevator (lift) is adjacent to the reception, hence climbing steps is avoided. Our room had a double bed and a single bed.It was clean and spacious. The Ac and Electric geyser , TV were working well.There was natural light and a window facing the station road. A table and chair and the wardrobe was also provided. The attendants were polite and very cooperative. The receptionist helped us with information about local and distant tourist places and modes of transport. We ordered tea in the morning and it was really good. They allow outside food too. On the whole, it's a very good place with excellent accessibility and good facilities.

very bad experience..... room is very small.. and not properly clean bedsheets or bathroom... fully dirty room... don't go.... just waste money 😣

The room consist of all the things but nothing was at good condition and nothing was functioning as it should be functioned.

location is good near railway station. but room condition is horrible. my room # 309. bathroom is terrible, not cleaned. bucket was dirty, even bathroom duct did not have fan and open so I found lizard one day. mattress is almost gone no cushioning. only good part was hot water.

I asked towel 4 times but no one provide.

I booked on makemytrip on 29th for classic room but when i reached the hotel they will charge me extra rs. 700 and they didn't even agree to give any bills. I'm very disappointed for this humiliation.

Main e online payment kaya uske baad bhi ye log a lag se paisa lye tb ac room dye jb ki booking me ac room tha but hotel wale nhi dhandli dikhaya or mere se a lag se poise lye uske baad bhi room baht ghatiya dye ac kam nhi kr rhea tha.

Collection o hotel greenpark is a very bad hotel plse I would like to suggest to you all people never book this hotel by online process because the room you will book you will not get that room. As well as there is no well facility in that hotel.

Location is near by railway station food was good and staff was also good and skilled. I had nice stay here
