Staff are very friendly and the service is quite impressive I had a long stayed in this property till date my experience is quite impressive

The staff is good and supportive although rooms are quite small but we can consider it. because rooms are not everything that makes your stay comfortable the way of communication is also changing your mind.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back for another visit in the future

Room service is so nice. Staff behaviour is also excellent. Comfortable in stay. Reachable every point of work from this Hotel. Vehicle such as OLA, RAPIDO service is easily approachable.

Rooms aren’t big enough but cozy and clean. The USP is the hospitality, the food, ultra polite staff and they have parking. Definitely staying there on my next visit to Jamshedpur. I’d recommend people who are looking for best budget stay this should be their first priority.

The room was very small even if we s the room It felt like everything was just adjusted, service was also not good and breakfast was 2 out of 10.

Everything was good but I have booked a suite room and the room they provided was an ordinary room,when I asked them they said this is the executive suite.

From last 3 months, I am staying in this property in every month. I have checked in the morning yesterday and before leaving for my work I handed over the key and asked the receptionist to clean the washroom. I came back to the hotel at around 11:30 at night, and still the washroom was uncleaned. Secondly my booking was a delux room with Lunch / breakfast included. I couldn’t avail the dinner due to some issue, so kindly try to compensate when somebody not availing the benefit.

one of the best hotel in the heart of the city with good hospitality in reasonable price. I will visit again
