Everything was good but I have booked a suite room and the room they provided was an ordinary room,when I asked them they said this is the executive suite.

Poor Stay
From last 3 months, I am staying in this property in every month. I have checked in the morning yesterday and before leaving for my work I handed over the key and asked the receptionist to clean the washroom. I came back to the hotel at around 11:30 at night, and still the washroom was uncleaned. Secondly my booking was a delux room with Lunch / breakfast included. I couldn’t avail the dinner due to some issue, so kindly try to compensate when somebody not availing the benefit.

Well the hotel is new but the rooms are quite small for the cost and they charge 1000/-for early check in just 2 Hrs prior to check in time.

businessThey have cheated us and we booked hotel which includes breakfast and dinner. For dinner they were asking extra charges. Then we havent had dinner and ordered late night through Swiggy inspite of paying Had never came accross such pathetic things in past. Raised complaint in twitter as there is no option available service support late night Yuvraj was handling request and now Mohini but as of now resolution on return of dinner charges which hotel told that Rs 1000(Rs 500 per person) but nothing was written rules & regulation
