    I was disappointed with my recent stay. The room was lacking basic essentials—there were no blankets, bed covers, or towels provided. It felt like an empty room with no amenities. Additionally, there were no bathroom slippers, which was another inconvenience. The service was slow, and it seemed like attention to detail was lacking. Overall, I expected more in terms of comfort and service.
