Horrible
Extremely horrible stay. The manager cum owner is extremely rude and harasses guests and shouts on them to make cash offline payments. He will upgrade your room without prior information and then harass you to make double payment. He also does not know how to talk to females and harasses them too. According to him MMT does not show the correct room on their online platform and he can offer better rooms offline. We booked a superior room & according to him he would give us a small room.

Poor Stay
I had booked a Superior room. While check-in I found, the room has been allotted to someone else. A room(101) provided to me saying that this is the same room which I had booked. There was no sofa, and the room was also small in size. While checking in I found no one was at the reception and all the lights of the lounge were turned off. we need to search for the caretaker. the hotel may improve upon such services I had booked a Superior room. Good Stay
Location is good wrt my requirement of near to xlri college,the room was good enough for one person very clean and ac was good toilet was clean and maintained The breakfast can be improved as for name sake breakfast was provided they may even think of removing breakfast option as what they provide is little use Otherwise good hotel

Cheater and fraud hotel
I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. I had gone for one day visit to Jamshedpur and had already made a booking for the same. however the owner had other plans. he tried to shift me to another apartment adjacent to the hotel. when I denied staying in the room he said the Treebo facility is expensive and we don't know how the booking was made for the price range you had booked it for. I felt humiliated . after raising the concern he then allocated the room to me. I also mentioned to him please raise the issue with MMT for the price I had booked not with me. ( in the picture you can see the alley to the adjacent apartment, see another picture from outside showing how the two buildings are connected)

Terrible Stay
We had booked a room fully paid in advance, but when we tried to check in we were informed that the hotel is over booked. We were given a room in a separate guest house with shabby bedsheets. Also the entrance to this room was hazardous with the door being at the centre of the wall and a moving staircase placed infront of the door. We had to stay one day in that room. We were given the room booked by us the next day.

Good Stay
The property is located at a prime residential area (CH area). Locating it was super easy. The hotel staff (Abhimanyu) was very co-operative and friendly.

The location was good. it was near to XLRI Jamshedhpur and the room was good well maintained. The lift was also working properly.

Perfect place for vacation.
Property is in very good area. Easily accessible from main road and near to XLRI. Place was very peace with no disturbance. Staff was very cordial with everything.

Corruption in Breakfast
Location is Good & Amenities are Good # Corruption Staff aren’t providing complete Buffet Breakfast. They gave only a plate of poha, when asked for other items, the cook asked for money. I guess there’s corruption involved in providing food/breakfast. Owner : Please check with staff & get it right.
