I had booked a Superior room. While check-in I found, the room has been allotted to someone else. A room(101) provided to me saying that this is the same room which I had booked. There was no sofa, and the room was also small in size.
While checking in I found no one was at the reception and all the lights of the lounge were turned off. we need to search for the caretaker.
