There was basically no breakfast. Only one item was available and room was also very poor

Actually people are very good. But the room size and quality is average. The mattress is 10 to 12 inch sof one. It pains the body. Cant relax free... Interiors are so so... Dining place is small bit congested. Service is good

This hotel’s location is excellent and having adequate parking space. Good food and restaurant staff. However, issues are their very old rooms , furniture, fixtures , mattress , towels and even linens. Terrible unhygienic feeling at all time. They should immediate change all the linens , mattress , AC , Fan , electric kettle , telephone intercom , toilet commode. Also , I couldn’t stay in the booked suite room .. as that was most claustrophobic room among all available and was also not as per the picture in their booking site. I had to stay in lower category room just to be comfortable on this angle. Refund ( of difference ) was not possible and I didn’t argued on this with them.

It was not value for money. This facility need to be more hygienic and up to date. They should start with replacement of all linens, mattress and AC at least and immediately before they sale the rooms at this cost. Couldn’t rate more than ( 2/5 ) for infrastructure. However, Good parts - Location (5/5 ) , Restaurant Staff ( 5/5 ) , Food ( 4.75 / 5 ) & Parking ( 5/5 ).

Good room for staying. Near bus stand. We have come to see isl match jamshedpur against mohunbagan from kolkata. Great accommodation. Parking also available.

Whenever in jamshedpur, hotel ganga regency has always been my go to place for their excellent services and helpful friendly staffs. So my last stay at the hotel was quite pleasing.

It was just 10 minutes away from the railway station. The overall experience was good. Even the people/management was excellent. I didn't face any issues there.

location is good and the hotel room and amenities are decent but services are very lethargic and below average and you have to keep asking for basic amenities. housekeeping wont remove dishes even after room cleaning.. you have to ask for tea coffee replenishments... even basic toiletries you have to request the reception.. worst experience when you send back yesterday dinner's pickle and onions and you get the same back with today's dinner order.... apparently dal bukhara and daal makhani are different items in the menu but same items when the send the food to you.. prices in menu are different from what they charge... so thats not updated as well....

Overall, the staff was very helpful. Room service was also good. Room size is little small according to size and breakfast also very good

Excellent hospitality with hygienic room along with best service, wonderful interior design with good foods.

Staff behavior was not good in reception. How the see there guest was the first impression which was scary.

The staffs were very welcoming and the ambiance was clean and adequate. All the facilities mentioned in the brochure was available. I will highly recommend it for staying

Stay in ganga residency was superb, hospitality was good and food was fabulous. Overall stay was excellent.

The room was clean but the room service is very slow. Bathrooms are not upto the mark as per the hotel standard

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

All is perfect all staff persons is good and restaurant food is awesome rooms are comfortable morning breakfast is tasty

I like the breakfast most & the ambience. Furniture was not clean. Should be dusting before ch k in a guest. I like the breakfast hence shared
