01. First day they have given Room 101. complained AC Switch is faulty. No AC for First day stay. after repeated request they shifted me to 102
02. Room 102 Bathroom doors not closing, washbasin water leakage, Telephone not working ( they repaired later), TV not working . they tried to rectify but couldn't do anything.
03. I called Reception, Room Service - No one picking the Intercom phone at reception. finally I called one Mobile number mentioned in their website, they picked and then sent water which I requested.
4. food and staffs are good. for that I will give 1-star , otherwise they deserve to get -5 if option is available. Other guests were complaining floor flooded with water in 4th floor and hotel staff finally changed to some other room.
