Hotel is getting a makeover and hence lot of issues of cleanliness and service etc especially the stairs and common areas stuffed with cartons and mattresses etc

under budget hotel....best for business trips...I stayed for more than 14 days...breakfast and dinner along with room....nice food...supportive staff

Good location, Nice stay, awesome food and staff are well mannered and well behaved. This is my family trip, this hotel situated main market in bistupur

01. First day they have given Room 101. complained AC Switch is faulty. No AC for First day stay. after repeated request they shifted me to 102 02. Room 102 Bathroom doors not closing, washbasin water leakage, Telephone not working ( they repaired later), TV not working . they tried to rectify but couldn't do anything. 03. I called Reception, Room Service - No one picking the Intercom phone at reception. finally I called one Mobile number mentioned in their website, they picked and then sent water which I requested. 4. food and staffs are good. for that I will give 1-star , otherwise they deserve to get -5 if option is available. Other guests were complaining floor flooded with water in 4th floor and hotel staff finally changed to some other room.

Multiple cockroaches found in my bed. Also food price is in higher side. No person guided to the room. Tips asked by the room service person itself.

Amazing hotel, and the ambience of the hotel is even more remarkable. I loved the main road view from my room. The food was also quiet delicious. The reception desk was helpful and warm. I would love to stay at the hotel again.

The room is spacious with unique office setting with sitting and lying sofa. Very good tv and sound system to connect smartly with phone. Food can be delivered any time you want. Staff behaviour was also nice.
