I had booked my stay at a hotel, and initially, the hotel staff accepted my booking. Later, they informed me that the room I had reserved was not available and asked me to move to their other property. When I arrived there, they told me that my booking had been canceled and that I would need to make a new payment. The hotel staff caused me a lot , and during check-in, they mentioned that the air conditioner was not working and asked me to adjust.
