I booked the hotel for a long period of 9 days. But the stay had to be cut short at this hotel because of the pathetic condition of the room and the rude and not giving behaviour of the staff. The first day we were asked to check in a room with a hope of a better room to be changed the next day, but the next day the story remained the same with no consideration at all from the staff to the repeated calls and requests. 2. Were allowed to bring in outside food for the frost 2 days but on the third day, the manager kept the food saying do whatever you can and took to whoever u can. And dint allow us to eat. Although there was nothing mentioned in the room policies and rules abut outside food not being allowed. 4. When it became unbearable for us we had to cut our stay short and book another room for extra money for we were told the booking was non refundable and only 50 prcnt of the amt was refunded. : the ac was leaking, causing a big hole in the wooden floor of the room. The bathroom was wrecked with a big opening in the roof of the baithroom open for the passage of pipes. And we were gladly told ki ye to sare rooms me-in aise hi. The electricity board by the bedside was broken completely and not working. There was humidity in all the walls of the room and the tv was working. And this condition for a stay of 9 days. And then imagine u are on a break to relax and being told ki kuch n hi ho skta.
